About the Role

Based in Florence, you will be a key player in the Italian business development strategy.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can own the full sales cycle, nurture key client relationships, and help scale the business in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial development in Italy, reporting to the Group Sales Director.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of Fashion & Luxury clients.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and close high-impact deals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to tailor offers and ensure seamless client integration.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Ensure regular reporting on performance and contribute to Italian business unit growth (revenue, margin, market share).

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales or Account Manager in tech, IT consulting, or software/SaaS companies.
  • Strong interest in IoT, blockchain, and digital transformation technologies.
  • Knowledge of the Fashion or Luxury sectors is a strong asset.
  • Confident communicator with solid analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English both required.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
